Refund Policy
QuickLeads sells access to data that is delivered the moment a subscription starts. Once you have that access it cannot be returned, so subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep what you have already paid for through the end of that period.
Effective
1All sales are final
QuickLeads delivers proprietary, time-sensitive real estate filing data and appended owner contact information. The value of that data is consumed at the moment it is released to you: it can be read, exported, copied and acted on immediately, and it cannot be returned or revoked afterwards.
For that reason we do not offer refunds on any subscription, upgrade or purchase once access to the data has been granted. This includes partial or prorated refunds for an unused portion of a billing period, and it applies whether or not you used the portal during that period.
2Try it before you pay
Because the policy above is strict, every county starts with a free trial: 7 days unless an offer link you used states a different length. A card is required at checkout, the trial end date is shown there and on your billing page, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged.
The trial is the full plan, owner phone numbers and email addresses included, so it is the way to evaluate exactly what you would be paying for.
3Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel at any time from the billing page inside the portal. Cancellation is immediate and self-service; you do not need to email or call us, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription then lapses rather than renewing.
Counties are billed separately and cancel separately. Cancelling Los Angeles has no effect on any other county you subscribe to.
4When we will issue a refund or credit
The exceptions below are narrow and we apply them without argument when they apply:
- Billing error. A duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a charge at the wrong price, or a charge to an account that never received access.
- Service failure on our side. A sustained outage of the QuickLeads portal or delivery pipeline caused by our own infrastructure. We will credit or refund the affected portion of the period at our discretion.
- Account closed by us for a reason other than misuse. If we close or suspend your account and the reason is not a breach of our Terms & Conditions, we refund the unused prepaid portion of the period.
Outages of a county recorder, a data source, a payment processor or another third party are not service failures on our side, though we will always tell you what happened.
Dissatisfaction with the volume, accuracy or freshness of the data is not a refundable event. Filing volume varies with what counties actually record, and accuracy is addressed in section 6 of our Terms & Conditions.
5How to make a claim
Contact us within seven (7) days of the charge you are disputing, at Cody@quickleadsllc.org or 805-914-9625. Include the email address on the account, the county, and the date and amount of the charge.
We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically settle in five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Please raise a dispute with us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback on an active subscription suspends the account while the bank reviews it, which cuts off access we could otherwise have restored the same day.
6Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do, and the version in force is the one published at the time of your charge. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers before they take effect.
