Every deal needs a lender, a buyer, or a partner
The QuickLeads Network puts them one message away. A members-only network for the people already working distressed property in Southern California, built around the deals themselves rather than another list of names.
Deal flow and the people to close it, in one place.
A directory you opt into
Investors, wholesalers, agents, brokers, lenders, flippers and attorneys. Each member lists what they do, which counties they work, and a short introduction. You appear because you chose to, and you can stop appearing.
Requests that carry the deal
Post what you need on a specific property and the detail comes with it. Somebody with a place under contract in Palmdale asking for funding at 12% closing in two weeks, so a lender can answer in ten seconds rather than after a week of back and forth.
No details until both sides agree
Contact information stays hidden until both people accept the introduction. Nothing is scraped off a profile, and nobody is added to a list they did not opt into.
Kept to the county you work
An LA wholesaler sees LA lenders. It starts where the work is densest and opens outward from there, rather than spreading itself thin across six counties on day one.
Every other network is a list of names
This one is attached to real deals. A lender does not read “looking for funding”. They read the property, the figures and the timeline, and can answer in ten seconds.
Who is on it
Members only, so it stays people working real deals rather than an open group anybody can post into.
Wholesalers
Cash buyers for an assignment, and short-term money for the ones you decide to hold on to.
Flippers
Funding on a deal you are already working, and deals from the people who found them first.
Cash buyers
Deal flow from the wholesalers working the counties you buy in.
Lenders and agents
Be found by people actively working distressed property, on the specific deal they are working right now.
Contact us to learn more
We are onboarding members now. Call or email and tell us what you do and which counties you work.
The Network introduces members to each other. It does not broker, match or vet deals, and it takes no part in what any two members agree between themselves.
